Payment

Artwork purchased from Michelle Luc is securely transacted through PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, visit PayPal.com to set up and account using any major credit card.

Information on Shipping 

All Original and Limited Edition Prints are signed and shipped by the artist. For shipping, please allow 3-5 days for delivery within Australia, and about 7-14 days for International delivery. 

-All original art is shipped in protective sleeve and secured with extra board backing.

-Limited Edition Prints are shipped in protective sleeves, in hard cardboard envelopes. 

Once your item is shipped, the buyer will receive a email notification.

Product Availability

If a piece sells out the buyer has the option of a full refund of the artwork or to be placed on a print list and the item will ship out once available. 

Lost & Damages Policy

Lost orders must email and provide receipt number and details of purchased items.
I will then discuss the best possible solution, refund or resend.
 The artist is not responsible for damages caused by the Australia Post, please contact them for any claims, if they are really unhelpful, then please contact me and I'll try to sort it out.
